You get a fairly modern feeling neck too with 22 jumbo frets and a 9.5” radius fretboard, something of a consensus amongst guitarists as being a good mix between vintage curve and modern flat.

The Greasebucket tone circuit actually makes the tone control worth seriously using. Instead of reaching for a pedal or amp control, try turning back the tone on these guitars and you’ll hear the greasebucket working it’s magic: the top end gradually tapers off to give a more midrange sound but there’s no muddiness: you can get some great dark overdrive sounds just by manipulating this one control.
